Your first Box (Welcome Box) will ship same day Monday – Friday. Orders received after 3pm will ship next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.
Once you have the Welcome Box, you can expect your next box around the 15th of the following month.
Your card will be charged on the 5th of each month unless you have selected the “6 month prepay” option.
Boxes will continue to be delivered each month unless you cancel or modify your subscription.
You bet. We try our best to introduce new skills that yield real results. We also avoid gimmicks, so you can breathe. Our boxes will, to the best of our ability, be seasonal and project based. If you want a taste of what we mean, visit our YouTube channel.
You will submit payment for your Welcome Box when you place your order. If you choose the “month-to-month” option, you will be charged on the 5th of each month. You will receive a tracking number (via email) for your box and be charged for that month.
If you prepay 6 months, you will receive a box for 6 months. This is a one-time charge. After the 6th month, you will need to login to your account and choose another 6 Months or a “month-to-month” plan.
If you pay month-to-month, the subscription ends if you decide to cancel. You control that. If you are a 6 month prepay member, then it lasts for 6 months.
Yes you can. We have made this pretty simple. Please select “Send a Gift” in the tool bar or this link. Please have the recipient’s name and address ready. We are going to need to know where to send it.
If you cancel before 11:59PM on the 5th of the month, you will not receive that month’s box. If you cancel after that, you will be charged on the 5th (that has passed) and you will get a box that month, but not the next month. For example: If you cancel February 4th, you will not be charged February 5th (the normal charge date) and you will not receive February’s box. If you cancel on the 6th, you will have been charged on the 5th and you will be getting February’s Box.
Nope. There are a lot of moving pieces to this puzzle. You may cancel for the next month, but we do not do returns and refunds. Sorry. It has much to do with how we order and stock and make sure everyone gets a box. If you have questions please use the contact form we have provided.
Once your card is charged, we cannot stop your box from shipping.
Now this is different than returns. Of course we want to provide you with the best, so if something is damaged, please let us know and we will handle this on a case by case basis. Please use the “Contact Us” form or email email@example.com no more than 15 days after receiving the box and we will make it right. Be prepared to send us pictures of the box and damaged item, not because we don’t believe you, but because we like to make sure our shipping reps see the damage so they can handle it on their end as well.
Our “Shipping Window” is the 10th-15th and largely depends on volume. We will try our best to pack and ship as many boxes per day during the window until we are done.
